Kaleidoscope is a proven successful and innovative Arts experience for young people with exceptional abilities using movement, song, and imagination to enable every student to shine on stage. This is a multi-disciplinary and inclusive music and Fine Arts educational experience where students with a range of exceptional abilities grow alongside typically developing peers. Kaleidoscope offers a safe and creative community that expands awareness of others, awareness of self, range of emotional contact, physical self control and empathy. Prior to participating, parents and caregivers are given the opportunity to meet with the founder and director, Kari Sullivan (K-12 Theatre Arts; endorsed in Special Education) to review IEP, 504, notes from teachers, therapists, etc. to specifically identify the individual’s needs in the areas of socialization goals, modifications, and accommodations.
Kaleidoscope goals are as follows:

To ignite a conversation and redefinition of “disability” into “exceptional ability” within participants students, staff, and even moreso, community
